Here at Cambridge Motor Works, we have a simple system we follow to help us and you to get to the desired finished product:

Before any auto restoration is started, we like to create an outline of your:

  • Desired level of automobile restoration
  • Desired time of completion
  • Expected budget to maintain

Once the outline is done, repairs can then proceed with an organized plan. We organize our projects into categories for ease of understanding the process and help eliminate problems by:

  • Parts
  • Desired time of completion
  • Expected budget to maintain

The sub-categories allow us to micro manage more efficiently every aspect of the job at hand. The eight basic categories are:

  • Bodywork
  • Painting
  • Drive train
  • Suspension
  • Electrical
  • Interior
  • Engine
  • Miscellaneous

The car is evaluated* and each category gets recommendations based on the vehicles current estimated condition and a customers desired level of restoration. As the recommendations are chosen and turn into job tasks, the auto restoration repair outline is formed. This outline allows the restoration to be built based on the customers decisions.

*Our professional opinion based on what can be seen at time of evaluation. The possibility of unseen hidden problems can and do occur.
